No Letting Go wins coveted award

No Letting Go, a national property inventory provider and member of the Property Redress Scheme, has won the Bronze – Lettings Supplier of the Year 2016 award, presented by The Times and The Sunday Times.

 

No Letting Go have been praised for providing inventories and reports of a very high standard. The announcement of the win also highlights the high quality of service that customers receive from the company and the high level of qualifications their inventory clerks hold. Client feedback has underlined the excellence in customer service as the majority of customers awarded No Letting Go a high score on referrals and on understanding their ultimate goals for their landlords and tenants.

Lisa Williamson, Training Director at the company, will help attendees understand the best practice for inventories at the Property Redress Scheme Wales Letting Agent Workshop on Thursday 7 July in Cardiff.
